Adding a picture to your LL profile
I recommend removing this feature. I don’t see why you’d want or need to have your picture in your account, and I can see some circumstances where it might be counterproductive. Any thoughts?

Add a "what you need to know" section
This would educate estate planners, banks, financial planners, lawyers, etc. w.concept of Legacy Lockers. In addition, it would be good to have a section that updates on current legalese regarding digital safety deposit boxes, etc.

don't use last four digits of social security for
Use a diffrent pin - perhaps enhance security questions. People (particularly non-digital oriented) are very reluctant to give up this information, especially given the rise in ID theft.

PIN Number
PIN Number – let’s remove the “PIN Number”. There’s no place I’ve seen where anyone needs to create a PIN and use it to login. If what we want is their SS, which we are using as another tool for security and verification, then it’s confusing to refer to it as a PIN.

Adding an asset that is an email - I don't understand it
When adding an asset I can choose one of two things, 1. a website or 2. an email. I would have thought this meant either a website or an email account, but the interface is showing that I can create an email which will be sent in the event of my death. This is basically a legacy letter.
I don't think we need a drop down to choose between types of assets - I think if you're adding an asset you fill out the fields and that asset is just an asset.

Notice of Beneficiary Email on Blackberry is no good
My wife sent me this message: I received the "You've been named as a beneficiary" email - the hyperlinks are not active. I had to copy and paste them. Also on my Blackberry the message I get is: "Error in parsing this message. Couldn't display the body part!!!"

Creating an asset, adding beneficiary on the fly fails
When creating an asset, adding a beneficiary on the fly doesn't let me select that new beneficiary. I created a new asset, at the bottom I selected "create a beneficiary" and the fields to do so appeared. I saved the beneficiary, but the drop down to select a beneficiary in that asset didn't list the new one. I assumed that he was added by default, but after I saved the asset and went back in to "Edit" it, he was not listed (there was no beneficiary selected.)

When viewing my assets, I think it should show the beneficia
When I click into "my assets" to view what I've stored, I see boxes that contain my various assets. When I click on one I think it should show the beneficiary to that asset.

Viewing Assets: displaying code instead of text
When I return to the home page, and then click into "my assets" to view what I've stored, I see boxes that contain my various assets. When I click on one, It shows the "Name" and "Type," but the username, password and notes are all "code" - I assume this is a bug?

Creating an asset - maybe suggest using the login page?
When creating an asset that is a website, for the "it is located at..." field, should we consider suggesting that the user select the site's login page, and not the homepage?

Video-demos - Tutorials on what / who / how
Should think about recording a video-demo walking through the product. Maybe a short series of videos (a.) Value-prop - why user LL? What's our promise to the customer? (b.) How does it work? What does it do? (c.) How do I sign up? What does it cost? (d.) Creating assets and assigning verifiers tutorial. (e.) Creating a legacy letter, typed or video. (f.) Security. What's our security level, how do we manage and protect your sensitive information?

More options when creating an asset
Believe you should provide more options for locations, logins, etc. The example I will use is a Wordpress Blog. If pointing say... my brother to the blog, he would be totally clueless, and I may want to show him the blog URL:
http://www.stagetwoconsulting.com/wordpress/
And the blog Login:
Both are "locations" yet there is only 1 field for this in asset creation.

I like the focus on usability
The user friendly UI is great because it's focused on usability and ease of use. Text boxes have been styled well to make filling out forms quick and easy. Also the forms highlight so you know where you are.

add more catagories for assets
Legacy Locker needs more categories for assets- this will spark users who may not realize their that their online assets are in fact assets and make LL more valuable. Domains, blogs, scrapblogs, photo archives, social networks, online storage, bank information, and passwords are all assets that should be in the menu.
i'm not really clear at this point when those questions will be asked, so i'm unsure if this is where that info belongs.

new beneficiaries should populate the drop down menu
When I added new beneficiaries, they didn't show up in the drop down menu. I had to refresh the page and risk loosing all of my information in order to see the correct beneficiary.

Edit Security Settings - Verifiers
Edit Security Settings - Verifiers: After I set up the questions, I was taken to the "Edit your verifiers" First of all, I don't know what a verifier is. Am I a verifier? Am I setting up other people (like spouse or child) to be a verifier? Every step needs to both:
- explain the purpose of the step (FEATURE)
- tell me why it's in my best interest to complete the step (BENEFIT)
Should also be a "back" button in case I want to change something.1 vote -
Edit Security Settings - Questions
Edit Security Settings - Questions: Offers me the opportunity to create security questions. I don't know why I'm creating them, and I don't know when I will need to answer them. Are these questions that someone else will need to know the answer to in order to access my account in the event of my death? There's nothing that communicates why I would need / want to set up the questions. Should also be a "back" button in case I want to change something.

"Edit Security Settings" - PIN Number
On right-hand side, clicked into "Edit Security Settings"
- PIN Number: does not equal Social Security Number. I don't know what a PIN number is. I've never given LL my SS#, but now it's asking for the last four digits. It's not clear whether you're asking for me to "enter a pin" so that I can unlock something, or if you're requesting that I "Create a PIN" so that I will have more security in the future. Or, is it asking me to store my SS# in side of LL, as another digital asset.1 vote -
If the user changes browser fonts, the UI gets wonky
Shrink/Enlarge base font, and the text blocks get all out of whack
